Lost Packages & Delivery Delays
Shipping in the U.S. usually takes about 1–2 weeks. International orders can take a bit longer depending on your location.
If it’s been more than 4–5 weeks (U.S. orders), feel free to email me at milabpins@gmail.com and I’ll file a claim with the mail carrier to help track it down.


Local Pickup
If you're local to San Joaquin or Alameda County, I offer free pickup! I can meet in places like Manteca, Tracy, Stockton, Berkeley, Oakland, or Fremont.
Just choose local pickup at checkout and I’ll refund your shipping.


Wrong Address / Address Changes
Email me ASAP at milabpins@gmail.com before I ship it out.
Once your order is shipped, I can't make changes or reroute the package. If the wrong address was provided and the package is lost, I can’t replace or refund it—so please double-check everything before placing your order!


Combining Orders / Shipping Refunds
Placing more than one order and want them shipped together?
Please email me before Sunday at milabpins@gmail.com and I’ll combine them for you. If you paid extra shipping, I’ll send a partial refund once everything is packed up together!


Returned or Unclaimed Packages
If your package gets returned to me as “unclaimed” or “undeliverable,” I’ll reach out to confirm your address.

If the address was incorrect by the customer, I can resend it but you’ll need to cover the new shipping cost.

If the address was correct and the mistake was on my side, I’ll send it out again for free—no worries.
