Grading policy

~All pins are handmade so there are no perfect pins~

A-Grades : Imperfections are only noticeable up close, such as tiny dust particles, air bubbles, or little to no scratches/nicks.
B-Grades : Noticeable imperfections, including nicks, scratches, and/or incorrect or partially filled areas.
C-Grades or lower : Major imperfections, large amounts of incorrect filled parts, missing enamel or large amount of scratches . Very noticeable flaws

 

Preorder Policy

If you preorder, you will receive either an A-grade or B-grade pin. Please do not preorder if you are not comfortable with this. If the pin is lower than B-grade and I do not have enough A- or B-grades to fulfill all preorders, you will receive an email asking if you would prefer the lower-grade pin (with photos provided and a partial refund) or a full refund. This will be determined based on your preorder number.

Refunds

All sales are final, but I am only human😅 If there’s an issue with your order like major flaws in the pin or if I accidentally sent the wrong grade, please DM or email me. I’m happy to work something out, whether that’s a replacement, partial refund, or full refund if you're not satisfied <3
